To help make your stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort-Convention Ctr in Orlando as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in with a major credit card and without a parent or official guardian. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in with a debit card or cash and without a parent or official guardian. Please note the property will not accept packages. All packages received will be returned to sender. On Sept 18, 2022 as part of our continued commitment to our property's improvement and service; we are currently under renovation and working on enhancing our guest rooms and public areas. During this time period the hotel will be under normal operations.
